The Mountains of New Hampshire in Snow

New Hampshire Covered in Snow in December

We haven't much now this winter in New England like last year's winter season. I had the opportunity to go to New Hampshire in December and see the mountains covered in snow.
It was very pretty and the air was crisp and cold. Most of New Hampshire tends to get over 50" of snow each winter season and areas in Northern New Hampshire get well over a 100" of fresh snow.
Have you had much snow in your region this winter so far?  If not are you missing it?

  1. I really enjoyed these photos of the New Hampshire mountains. We've only had a couple of dustings of snow so far this year, but I'm not complaining.

    1. Thanks George. The same here in Rhode Island, only a few dustings. I think February it may pick up from the long range forecasts I've seen. Stay warm!

  2. Hi Lisa,

Wow... Those purple-ish colors, is that the sky? :) Beautiful captures indeed. I wonder if you made to any of those mountains in sight.

Gosh... The second capture is just WOW!

Now these snow covered mountains bring me back to the day you have sent me a video of snowing :)

You have a beautiful weekend, Lisa :)

    Cheers...

    1. Hi Mayura, yes, you caught that :) Oh yes, I love how those video's came out. It has to be snowing pretty good to capture snow falling in video I've learned. We haven't had much around my area this year Mayura but maybe next month. We will see. Thanks for coming by and enjoy the rest of your weekend!

    1. Hi Corina, thank you. I bet but didn't you get some this year? I know part of Texas did which is unusual. I'd love to see you if you ever make the trip :) You are welcome and thanks for coming by and taking the time to comment.
