Fall Colors Starting To Pop

The pond at Fall season

pretty orange Fall colors

Fall is starting  to show it's colors to us. I pass this pond on my ride to and from work and just had to stop last night as I could see the autumn colors starting to pop. The cooler weather does not make the diving area look inviting anymore. On a hot summer day you can see many people there jumping into the pond.

Are the colors of Fall starting to show in your area?

  1. Leaves are starting to turn colors here too. Such a pretty time of year. Wish it would last longer though! Not ready for the cold just yet.

  2. I'm with you on that one. Don't like the cold weather and wearing coats. Do like the look of a first snow though.

    1. Thanks Kaarina for coming by. I agree, don't like the winters that follow.

  4. We were up in Fairbanks, Alaska two weeks ago and fall colors were full blown up there. Winter was fast approaching. Back home in Washington State, we are still waiting, and we are missing the Northeast with all the changing leaves. Such a great time of year to be outdoors.

    1. I imagine it must always move faster there in Alaska Brian? I've always wanted to visit there, hear it is beautiful! The leaves are changing day by day, new post coming soon :)
