Here are some of the colorful trees that will sure shed their leaves and maybe more with #Sandy approaching in a few days. The latest forecast models has it aiming for us here in New England. This could be an historic storm as described by Jim Cantore as a hurricane within a blizzard. Stay tuned for more photos to come.

  1. We returned from FL last weekend and got to see real fall in the drive through western VA. There are a few trees still dressed up here in VT, but mostly it is that rust and coppery look--attractive in its own right. I guess we better batten down the hatches in anticipation of Sandy.

    1. Olga, did they not get colorful in VT this year? I think you must batten the hatches down too there. Stay safe.
