This video was made for +Mayura De Silva who has been asking to see it snowing since in his area of the world they do not have snow. Also +Brenda Lee who cannot wait to see her first snow of the season too. Enjoy!
This is the first daylight peek at what pilled up overnight as the sun is trying to come up. Since it's 24 degrees there will be have more time for snow taking photos later today after show shoveling. This snow will not melt fast with temps only reaching 33 degrees today. Missing summer already.
According to AccuWeather we got around 8" of the white stuff this time around.
Do you really want snow now?
Beautiful. However, I do not miss seeing it in person. We left VT for FL on 12/21. You are brave to predict it is the last snow of the year...there is still a day left!
ReplyDeleteLucky you Olga to be in Florida now :) One more day - It will remain cold. I'll more shots with blue skies later. Taking a break from shoveling.
DeleteHi Lisa,
ReplyDeleteWow... Thank you... Thank you... Thank you so much dear :)
Never seen real snow that way :) Really happy to see now.
They are falling so fast like raining, no? :) I thought it's just like snow flakes we have on websites, slow falling like falling leaves :D I just didn't know.
Thank you for capturing it for me Lisa :) That's WOW... Wonderful :)
Glad it's short too ;) I had to wait sometime even for that short video as my Internet connection is limited right now until next month :) But did watch it, as I can't leave it for next month.
Ah... And Google+ mentions are real quick ;)
Cheers...
Hi Mayura, you are welcome. I had quite the time too with gray skies and my new Droid camera, had to make some adjustments on it. You know me, short and sweet right? Love the new Google+ mentions. Thanks for showing us how to use them.
DeleteAwww!! This is super awesome!!! Love the pics and video! I can tell Mayura enjoyed! :) And yes, I'm STILL ready for my first snow! Since we bought our snow blower a few years ago, we haven't gotten anything :( Hubs said we need to sell the snow blower and then we'll get a blizzard! haha I'm hoping 2013 is our year! Thanks Lisa!!! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI think he's right Brenda. Ours is broken and yes I am taking a shovel break. Can't wait til my youngest wakes up and get him out there too. I enjoy it though, fresh air and exercise.
DeleteGreat shots! Especially love the early morning picture of the sun. Gorgeous color.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lauren, been adjusting my camera on the new Droid :)
