A gorgeous sunset that made me stop and take a few photos and note the leaves have all fallen |
Coming back home from the warm Southwest was not easy. Fall was upon us in Southern New England and the temperatures began to fall. (No more shorts anad sandals). The beauty of the Fall season could be found everywhere. The colors could be seen at their best at sunset as I drove home from work. It's back to the routine as the seasons change and winter will arriving in a month's time.
What is you favorite season to watch the beauty of nature?

The Walk Through Roger Williams Park For A Cause
![]() |
Where the walk began at the Music Temple |
Yesterday was the annual walk for the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition in Rhode Island at Roger Williams Park. It was a beautiful day with temperatures in the 60's for this year's walk. I was the team leader for Fancy Scrubs.com's team for the 3rd year in a row. I was surprised not to see the pumpkins out yet like they were last year. Each year the charity seems to grow for ovarian cancer which is a lesser known cancer than breast cancer. Throughout the walk there were signs of symptoms to look for as it can be a silent killer.
Have you known anyone with ovarian cancer?
Isn't it a beautiful park for a 3 mile walk?
